Ripple and other cryptocurrency startups form lobbying coalition

Ripple along with RippleWorks, Coil, Hard Yaka, and PolySign retained the services of Klein/Johnson Group, a bipartisan lobbying firm that specializes in technology and financial services. The coalition will lobby Congress, the SEC, the IRS and other agencies that are involved in crypto regulation and will pay Klein/Johnson Group $25,000 a month plus 10,000 XRP.
