Bitmain announces new generation ASIC chips

CEO Jihan Wu announced the new chip, named BM1391, for mining cryptocurrencies using the SHA256 algorithm  (bitcoin and bitcoin cash). Wu also revealed that Bitmain will soon launch new mining machines integrated with the BM1391 chip. (Source: Bitmain)
