Boerse Stuggart Group, the second largest stock exchange in Germany, announced on Wednesday that it is set to launch its crypto trading platform in the first half of 2019. The firm is partnering with solarisBank on the project, according to a press release. It will first offer trading of Bitcoin and Ethereum. As soon as its ICO platform, which is also in the works, goes live it will offer other tokens.

"The crypto trading venue is open to both private and institutional investors and facilitates order opportunities comparable to securities trading," the release said. "Open order books provide information about existing orders and the current market situation at all times."

Count this as another sign that the market for cryptos is institutionalizing.
