Today, Coinbase announced the expansion of its partnership with WeGift, a platform enabling e-gift card transactions, for U.S. users. As part of the partnership, U.S. users can now purchase e-gift cards from dozens of vendors including Uber, Nike, and Gap, using cryptocurrencies from their Coinbase wallet. Previously, this service was only available to Coinbase's E.U. and U.K. users. Coinbase's announcement is part of its "12 Days of Coinbase" celebration, in which the company releases a new feature, daily, from Dec 10 to Dec 21. (Source: Coinbase)
