Coinbase won a lawsuit claiming that the cryptocurrency exchange enabled insider trading ahead of the launch of bitcoin cash. The action claimed Coinbase was making misleading statements about when the exchange would support bitcoin cash and that enabled insiders to dump the cryptocurrency at inflated prices. According to the judge presiding over the case, the complaint "does not sufficiently articulate" a legal basis for the claims made by the plaintiff. (Source: Bloomberg)
