Prenetics Global Limited (NASDAQ: PRE) is a Hong Kong–based health‐sciences company operating brands such as IM8 Health and CircleDNA. In June 2025, Prenetics became the first healthcare company to execute an aggressive Bitcoin treasury strategy. It purchased roughly 187.4 BTC (around $20 million) at an average price of $106,712. The board approved allocating the majority of its roughly $117 million balance sheet—including cash, BTC, and short-term assets—into Bitcoin. Prenetics also plans to accept crypto payments and implement dynamic treasury management via institutional tools like derivatives and yield strategies.
